About Ron Luce:
Ron Luce has been working with young people, teams and churches for over 30 years to do just this.
After coming to Christ as a teenager, he became passionate about seeing other young people reached by the gospel and has dedicated his life to this. After studying at Oral Roberts University, he and his wife established a teen outreach programme which helped thousands of teenagers to get on fire for Jesus, be discipled and sent out on mission trips.
After working with 100,000 churches in North America and hosting multiple stadium events, Ron travelled to 6 continents to research churches that are making a profound and sustained impact on young people. Now, he brings this knowledge and experience to pastors, leaders and parents to provide training tools to create effective youth ministries where every church can reach the next generation.
